Dos and Don'ts of Social Media

By Nena, on Sep 9, 2013

Are you on social media? If not, you're missing opportunities to share the philosophy of liberty. We learned a lot at last week's New Media Workshop and thought we'd share a few tips!

Missed opportunities by the numbers:

1.5 BILLION users on Facebook, and smartphone users check their account an average of 14 times per DAY.

200 million regular Twitter users with hundreds of millions of tweets per DAY.

72,000 hours of video is being uploaded to YouTube every MINUTE.

625,000 new Google+ accounts are created EVERY DAY.

Imagine farther out, places where our Navy fleets are stationed – Norfolk, San Diego – or the main Air Force satellite control center in Colorado Springs. Any military installation across the country.
